This view is composed in the classical manner following the aesthetic models of the Italian landscape school of the eighteenth century, although the invoice is later. In the foreground, the landscape appears, rigorously ordered in a thoughtful and rational composition, closed on both sides and open in the center, although slightly asymmetrical. Nature is placid and is captured with attention to detail and naturalism, and the landscape acquires life and animation thanks to the characters that appear dotted in the foreground: we see a peasant couple in the central area accompanied by a small child on his mother's lap and a little dog, highlighted by the bright tones of their clothes and worked with special attention to the description of the types.
