From an early age, Eduardo Gruber felt a weakness for oil painting as a material. During a long period from 1970 to 1985, he exhibited regularly and his works evolved from the realism of his first exhibitions towards abstraction. Throughout his career as an artist, Gruber has exhibited his work throughout the national and international scene, and his work can be found in the Artium Museum in Victoria, in the National Museum of Art Reina Sofia or in the Coca-Cola Foundation, among many others.
