Carlos Gonçalves is a Portuguese artist who began his academic training studying engraving at the National School of Graphic Arts in Madrid. He also attended courses given by Antonio López García at the Círculo de Bellas Artes in Madrid and at the Faculty of Fine Arts. Throughout his artistic career he has participated in numerous exhibitions, among which the one at the Conde Duque Cultural Center stands out. Currently his work is part of prestigious private and public collections such as the National Library of Madrid or the Museum of Contemporary Graphic Art (Fredrikstad, Norway).
