In this work the author shows himself heir of Tarrassó's fauvist vision of the landscape, and as he takes the Majorcan nature as starting point to develop a work of vibrant and alive color, reflection of a clean and luminous atmosphere.

The place represented is a corner of the coast of Mallorca, where water and rock dialogue in balance, in a relationship that the painter has managed to capture through color and light.

There is no darkness in this image, only color contrast, translucent and opaque tones, following the Impressionist and Post-Impressionist style with a totally personal language, based on the free and expressive use of anti-classical tonalities, enormously nuanced.
