Spanish painter. He studied at the San Carlos School of Fine Arts in Valencia and was a student of Ricardo Verde, José Benlliure, and Antonio Fillol. He was a resident artist at the Casa de Velázquez in Madrid from 1929 to 1936 and specialized in genre paintings set in the Valencian orchards. He taught at the San Carlos School of Fine Arts, and in 1930 he won third prize at the National Fine Arts Exhibition for *El viático en la huerta* and second prize in 1948 for *El alcalde de Albuixech*.
