A painter and printmaker, Antonio Vidal Rolland trained at the Barcelona School of Fine Arts and as a student of Clapés. In 1911, he participated in the 6th International Art Exhibition of Barcelona, and from then on participated in numerous group exhibitions, contests, and art competitions held in Barcelona and Madrid, where he received important awards such as the Prize for the Female Nude Competition, organized by the Barcelona Art Circle in 1933. He began holding solo exhibitions in 1928 in Barcelona, where he subsequently held additional exhibitions at the Gaspar and Augusta galleries. She also participated in the National Fine Arts Exhibitions in Madrid in 1943, 1944, 1950, and 1954, among other years. Her work is currently represented in the collections of MACBA and the National Art Museum of Catalonia.
