Catalan artist based in Cali, Colombia, Miguel Olivares has held several important solo exhibitions in recent years, mainly in the galleries Jordi Barnadas in Barcelona (2008, 2009 and 2011) and Jorge Alcolea in Madrid (2009, 2010). He develops a personal language of mixed techniques and collages, mainly focused on everyday moving images.
