Jorge Romero is a contemporary artist based in Madrid. He dedicates his artistic work to the treatment of light with a mostly monochromatic approach, translating color into lights, shadows and intense hallmarks, showing "what is not seen", where darkness becomes part of the image and what it hides, using expressionism and chiaroscuro as a resource, beyond aesthetics and technique.
Jorge Romero is a Colombian painter. Some of his latest participations: International Contemporary Art Salon Paris 2022 OCCO Art Gallery Madrid Homage to GOYA and VANGOGH - SANTANA Art Galley XII International Exhibition MUNDOARTI Virtual Museum 2022.
