In this compact work, Dante Guidotti explores one of the recurring themes in his body of work: the transformation of the landscape into a dreamlike image. A vast cloud formation, tinged with pinks and oranges, rises above a body of water dominated by deep blues and greenish reflections. The verticality of the composition and the contrast in light draw the eye to the horizon, which becomes an almost unreal point of radiance.
Dante Guidotti is a contemporary Argentine artist whose paintings explore the relationship between reality, perception, and the dream world. He has exhibited in Argentina and the Netherlands, with shows at Fort Jutphaas in Nieuwegein and CATCH Utrecht. In 2026, he participated in an exhibition at BUAT Gallery in Barcelona.
