Punched silver 925.

Centerpiece, made in Spain around 1940 in silver punched. The piece, designed to occupy a prominent place on the table, stands out for its elaborate workmanship and aesthetics marked by the historicist taste of the mid-twentieth century.
The general shape of the piece is lobed, with an inverted truncated cone-shaped body that opens into a wide undulating rim. This rim is richly decorated with floral motifs and scrolls in high relief, evoking the ornamental languages of the Rococo style, although reinterpreted with the neo-baroque sensibility of the period. The interior of the bowl is divided into fluted sections that accentuate its circular rhythm and reinforce the sensation of centrifugal movement.
The base is supported by four plant-inspired legs, which are integrated into the body by means of a fluid and coherent design, giving the structure a visual and physical firmness. These legs, like brackets, feature chiseled details that replicate similar motifs to those on the rim, creating an ornamental unity that runs across the entire surface of the work.
