Silver centerpiece. The composition represents a cart pulled by two dogs, finely modeled, with a remarkable level of detail both in the fur of the animals and in the structure of the cart, which imitates a basket weave.
It is an example of early 20th century German goldsmithing, remarkable for its elegance, realism and quality of craftsmanship.
