The silver mesh bags, also known as limosneras or mesh bags, were the feminine accessory par excellence between the late nineteenth century and the first decades of the twentieth century (especially during the Victorian era, the Belle Époque and Art Deco).

A bag with a fine, well-integrated mesh structure, whose feel resembles a heavy fabric that falls softly, with a rigid top snap closure decorated with incised synthesized vegetal motifs.
