Pelikan presents the third limited edition inspired by Chinese mythology. The 'White Tiger' is limited to only 888 units. The number '8' is considered a lucky number in China and throughout the Far East.
The four auspicious animals are gods of the cardinal directions and have the ability to mold all spirits to their shape. Thus, the White Tiger is the deity of retribution. It is a powerful symbol that promotes health and happiness, protects the good and punishes the wicked. Because the White Tiger embodies these diverse qualities, it also represents both 'hope' and 'fear'.
Now, the White Tiger, captured by the skilled hands of Pelikan's true master craftsmen, is impressively and individually presented on the body of a fountain pen. The body of the pen is made of 925 sterling silver coated with a layer of 24-karat gold.
