The Parker 75 "R.M.S. Queen Elizabeth" Limited Edition was launched in 1977 as a tribute to the legendary ocean liner RMS Queen Elizabeth, a colossus of the seas built in the 1930s and sunk in Hong Kong in 1972. Parker salvaged brass from the ship's hull to manufacture the series, limited to 5,000 numbered pieces.
Each pen retains the sophisticated silhouette of the Parker 75 model: fluted body, aerometric system (cartridge/converter) and 14 kt gold nib, generally at midpoint. The cap is inscribed "R.M.S. Queen Elizabeth" and the individual number is shown on the lower ring.
