The Waterman Rhapsody Red Marble Le Man 200 is a fountain pen that evokes classic French elegance with a passionate and artistic touch. Born in the late 1980s, this piece represents the maturity of the Le Man line, designed to recapture the prestige of traditional writing in an era that was beginning to go digital.

Inspired by the richness of red and black marble, the Rhapsody Red Marble is a visual symphony. Its marbled acrylic resin body not only seeks to seduce by color, but also to convey movement and emotion, like a well-performed piece of music. Hence its name: Rhapsody, a free, expressive, vibrant composition, exactly as personal writing should be.

The Le Man 200 series, to which this pen belongs, emerged as a slimmer and lighter version of its big sister, the Le Man 100. It was conceived for those seeking prestige and comfort without sacrificing design. Its smooth and precise 18-karat solid gold nib reflects the tradition of the house of Waterman Ideal Paris, whose roots date back to 1883.

The Waterman Le Man 200 Rhapsody Red Marble is much more than a writing instrument: it is a functional work of art, a statement of refined taste and a tribute to the beauty of writing. It represents a time when writing was still a gesture with soul, and each word traced, a note within a personal rhapsody.
