In 18k yellow gold. Silver dial with applied hour markers. Dauphine hands, with central seconds hand. Additional hand in black color for alarm. Fluted crown at 3 o'clock and upper pusher that activates the alarm function or allows to adjust the alarm hand. Leather bracelet with buckle clasp. Manual winding movement. It works.

The Vulcain Cricket watch is a legendary piece in the history of watchmaking, famous for being the first wristwatch with mechanical alarm and for its distinctive sound, reminiscent of the chirping of a cricket. Introduced in 1947, it quickly gained popularity, even among U.S. presidents, earning it the nickname "The President's Watch".
