Founded in Havana in 1882 by the Spanish watchmaker Ramon Cuervo, Cuervo y Sobrinos was consolidated throughout the twentieth century as one of the most prominent watchmaking houses in Latin America. The original boutique, located in the center of the Cuban capital, was a meeting place for intellectuals, artists and prominent figures of the time.
