DESCRIPTION
Sabonette pocket watch in 18k yellow gold. It has three covers, with serial number on the inside of the front cover and on the back the Dubois signature. With a central oval-shaped enamel design featuring a bouquet of roses decorated with diamonds, all surrounded by a border of engraved flowers. On the back we can also see a floral design. The dial features Roman numerals and is decorated with a fine gold guilloché in the center and around with floral motifs. It comes with the original box-case.

Dubois was a Swiss watchmaking firm linked to the Geneva watchmaking tradition, active between the late nineteenth century and the first decades of the twentieth century. The house specialized in the production of pocket watches, made according to the refined taste of Geneva watchmaking of the time and intended for an elegant and urban public. Its pieces are characterized by the quality of their movements and a careful design.
