In 1952 Hervé Duboscq became the owner of a seven-hectare plot called Château Haut-Marbuzet. He resuscitates the vineyard and gives birth to a wine in his own style, which immediately captivates many experts. In 1962, his son Henri joins him to help him achieve the sole objective, which is precious to the Duboscqs, the "glory of Haut-Marbuzet". After buying the neighboring vineyards, the vineyard reaches an area of 66 hectares in 2005. At the same time, the Duboscqs bought the chateaux Chambert-Marbuzet, Tour de Marbuzet and Mac-Carthy. All three wines are crus Bourgeois de Saint-Estephe.
