The Malleolus de Valderramiro wine is made with 100% fine red grapes from vines coming from Majuelo de Sanchomartín, with 30 days of maceration and malolactic fermentation in oak barrels, 22 months in French Allier oak barrels.
The Emilio Moro winery is one of the most iconic wine producers in Ribera del Duero. Founded by the father of the current generation, it is a family business that has managed to combine a deep tradition with a vision of the future.
