Extraordinary red wine of the highest quality that evolves subtly, adapting to new tastes. The 904 Gran Reserva, made only in the best vintages, from a demanding selection of the best Tempranillo and Graciano vines, is aged for a minimum of 48 months in American oak barrels.
Founded in 1890, La Rioja Alta S.A. owns wineries in Haro and Labastida, as well as vineyards in Cenicero, Rodezno, etc. Since its foundation, it has been dedicated to the production and ageing of Rioja wines using the traditional artisan system. Its large number of barrels and capacity of maturation racks guarantee the uniform quality of its products. In addition to this wine, the Gran Reserva 890, the Reservas Viña Ardanza (white and red) and Viña Arana and the Crianza Viña Alberdi are produced. Qualified Gran Reserva by the Rioja Designation of Origin Control Board. It is a wine of penetrating aroma, beautiful ruby color with tile reflections and warm palate.
