Tinto Pesquera, Familia Fernández Rivera's most prized project, was founded in 1972. With more than 200 hectares of its own vineyards in the heart of Ribera del Duero and more than forty years of success, Tinto Pesquera is a pioneer in Tempranillo winemaking methods. From its own vineyards, all Tempranillo, Tinto Pesquera is made, characterized by the personality that defines the winery. A wine named in honor of Pesquera de Duero, the town where the winery is located and where Alejandro and Esperanza, founders of the winery, were born. Preserving the tradition in the cultivation and production, their wines share a history of passion and respect for the land that surrounds them together with the effort of a team that has been able to adapt to the new times.
