Condition:
Level: level visible at the base of the neck, consistent with BN (Base Neck). Front label legible, with extensive pink stains in the central area, brown mottling, scuffs, and small areas of paper loss along the upper edge. The Regulatory Council’s back label is legible, with slight scuffing and a small tear along the lower edge. The silver capsule is intact. No noticeable external leaks are visible in the provided images. The cork remains hidden, so its condition cannot be assessed nor its position confirmed.
It comes from a private collection, stored under optimal temperature and humidity conditions.

The 1999 vintage belongs to the early years of Peter Sisseck’s project, born of his interest in the old vineyards of Ribera del Duero and the expressive potential of Tempranillo. It also corresponds to a vintage officially rated “Excellent” by the Regulatory Council, lending this bottle the distinction of being from an outstanding vintage within the early years of Pingus.
