“California” bomber jacket by Celine, crafted from a cream-colored satin fabric. It features a sporty design with a ribbed collar, cuffs, and hem in cream with brown stripes, as well as brown piping running along the sleeves. It fastens at the front with a gold metal zipper and features two side patch pockets. The back is highlighted by a large embroidery reading “Celine California” in brown cursive lettering, which gives the garment a distinctive character. Its design is part of the aesthetic developed by Hedi Slimane for Celine during the 2020s, characterized by the reinterpretation of sportswear and references to American youth culture, combined with a sophisticated contemporary sensibility.
Celine is a French fashion house founded in 1945 in Paris by Céline Vipiana, renowned for its timeless, elegant style and clean lines. Under the creative direction of Hedi Slimane, the brand incorporated a rock-inspired, youthful, and urban aesthetic, reinterpreting the brand’s classic codes.
