Chambertin is one of the most prestigious Grand Crus of the Côte de Nuits and one of Burgundy’s great historical wines. Camille Giroud, a house founded in Beaune in 1865, is renowned for its interpretation of the great Burgundian terroirs, characterized by elegance, precision, and respect for the expression of each vineyard.
The 2007 vintage, produced under the winemaking direction of David Croix, stands out for its finesse and balance. This Chambertin Grand Cru, made from Pinot Noir, features an elegant and mineral profile, with notes of red fruit, flowers, and spices, accompanied by fine tannins and remarkable length. The vineyard’s prestigious classification and the limited production of this wine reinforce its appeal to collectors of great Burgundy wines.
