Trumpet-shaped vase in blue and white porcelain depicting scenes with warriors. The "blue and white" porcelain, which appears under the Mongol dynasty of Yuan, will be fully developed in the framework of the Ming dynasty and again at the beginning of the Quing dynasty, especially during the reign of Emperor Kangxi. Throughout the 19th and early 20th centuries, a wide range of objects decorated with this technique were produced, mainly for export to the West.
