Good condition with marks of use.
Measurements: 35 x 28 x 14 cm.
This is a 1923 design, whose modernity is still intact today, resulting in a comfortable and elegant bag, completely timeless. The famous Hermès firm is known, among other things, for its use of fine and varied leathers, among whose varieties the use of tanned calfskin (smooth and shiny finish), chamonix (matte finish leather) or chevre de coromandel (soft and light leather) stand out. The history of the first Hermès leather bag dates back to 1922, when the wife of one of the founder's sons, Thierry Hermès, replied because she could not find a bag to her taste. Her husband, Charles-Emile Hermès, decided to make her a custom-made bag, which would be the birth of the exclusive, iconic and prestigious Hermès brand.
