Terracotta glazed in black and ochre and yellow paint.
Reassembled from large fragments.
Provenance: private collection, acquired from the Ancient Resource Gallery, Los Angeles, July 2013.
Measurements: 8.5 x 14.5 x 14.5 cm.

The exterior decoration of this bowl features several friezes painted in white and orange: lines, waves, dots, over a finely executed complex garland motif of ivy and flowers. Two painted handles, imitating metal, frame the body and delimit the front and rear registers. The back register is decorated with a simple orange line framed by dots.
