DESCRIPTION

Coffee table, 70's.
Oak wood, with boomerang-shaped top.
Measurements: 41 x 110 x 130 cm.

Sculptural coffee table from the 70's, made of solid wood and with a marked brutalist aesthetic. Its organic top, with a free silhouette inspired by the shape of a boomerang, breaks with conventional geometry and brings movement, strength and personality to the whole.

The surface has a visible manual work, with a carved and chiseled texture that enhances the natural grain of the wood and shows an unusual handcrafted process in contemporary furniture. This finish not only enriches the visual aspect, but also invites touch and reinforces its material and expressive character.

It rests on three solid legs, also carved, which provide stability and solidity while maintaining an aesthetic coherence with the tabletop. The asymmetrical arrangement of the legs underlines the sculptural spirit of the piece, making the table function both as a functional piece of furniture and as an artistic object.

Because of its design, quality of materials and formal language, it is a piece with high decorative and collectible value. Ideal for contemporary interiors, wabi-sabi, brutalist or eclectic spaces, this table acts as a focal point and conveys authenticity, strength and timelessness. A unique piece for those seeking furniture with history, presence and a clear aesthetic identity.
