DESCRIPTION
Max Ingrand arc floor lamp for FONTANA ARTE, Italy, 1970s.
Carrara marble base, chrome-plated metal structure and two-tone curved glass shade in the shape of a flower.
Measurements: 210 x 120-190 x 60 cm.
Max Ingrand was born in Bressuire in 1908, and died in Paris in 1969. Student at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Paris and then in the Decorative Arts. He is considered a glass artist and official French designer of the Legion of Honor. He was artistic director of Fontana Arte.
