Large French ceiling lamp mid century. The piece stands out for the elegance of its composition, based on a wide circular lampshade with a flat profile that frames the central glass diffuser, generating a balanced play of volumes and transparencies.

The contrast between the white opaline, the dark lacquered metal and the vertical brass detail gives the whole a refined, sober presence, very characteristic of the French design of the fifties. The large-diameter upper shade acts as a graphic and architectural element, while the opal glass softens the light emission and provides a warm, diffused light.
