Rosette style top button, with a central emerald, inverted pear cut, total weight ca. 1.58 ct., bordered by diamonds, brilliant cut, from which hangs a central body with a crystal quartz sphere, surrounded by onyx and diamonds, Fancy Yellow, total weight ca. 2.03 ct., from which hang three arms with two quartz spheres each, total weight ca. 39.91 ct..
