Female nude of great stylization and strong introspective charge, solved by means of a warm palette and a tenuous illumination that makes the figure emerge on a dark and neutral background. The composition stands out for the elongated elegance of the body, the simplified anatomy and the hieratic pose, which give the model an almost sculptural presence. The face, with marked features and distant gaze, gives the work a melancholic and sophisticated atmosphere close to certain symbolist and expressionist languages of the twentieth century.
