Valeria Pesce develops a figurative painting of poetic character in which nature, memory and emotion are intertwined in images of great visual sensitivity. Her work is characterized by an atmosphere between realistic and dreamlike, where fragments of life -vegetable, aquatic or corporal- appear suspended in fluid compositions that evoke the passage of time and inner states. Through a delicate palette and subtle tonal hallmarks, the artist constructs scenes in constant transformation that convey a sense of vital energy and contemplation.

She studied graphic design in Cagliari and New York, later residing in Milan until moving to Barcelona in 1991, where she currently lives and works. Self-taught, he works mainly with oil and acrylic, developing a pictorial research focused on perception, visual memory and processes of consciousness.

He has exhibited his work in Spain, Italy, France, England, Germany and Slovenia, and his paintings are part of private collections in Germany, United States, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, England, New Zealand, Mexico, Japan and Hong Kong.
