Scene of urban sociability starring three elegantly dressed figures, located in an open and modern space. The presence of an automobile in the background reinforces the contemporary and cosmopolitan context, associated to the new ways of life of the interwar period.
The composition is light and open, with the figures arranged in dialogue, resolved by means of a refined linear drawing, with soft contours and economy of means. The artist prioritizes the stylized silhouette and the attitude of the characters over the anatomical detail, a characteristic feature of the Art Deco language, which seeks elegance, rhythm and formal synthesis.
