Richard Meier is an outstanding architect and abstract artist, author of houses and museums such as the MACBA in Barcelona or the Getty Foundation in Los Angeles. His buildings are clearly recognizable by their orderly and luminous style, and by the use of the color white. He is considered one of the most important working architects, having been awarded the Pritzker Prize and the Gold Medal of the American Institute of Architects, among others.
