The Eco table lamp was designed by Luciano Annichini for Artemide in 1971. Made of lacquered aluminum, its design allows to hide the light source and uses its reflection or echo on the interior walls to project its brightness.
Luciano Annichini is an Italian industrial designer whose relevance in the history of design lies mainly in his ability to merge material technology with ergonomic functionality, especially during the 1970s and 1980s.
