Fabrizio Poldaretti was an Italian designer active mainly between the 1970s and 1980s, known for creating furniture of rationalist lines and elegant sophistication within contemporary Italian design. His name is especially associated with the "Caccia alla Volpe" collection, a series of modular furniture, tables, desks and seats made for the Italian firm Linea Mobili, characterized by the use of noble woods such as cherry, rosewood and root, copper details and a refined aesthetic that combines functionality and discreet luxury.
