Painter and sculptor of self-taught formation, Lluis Ventós made his debut in 1977, in an exhibition at the Sala Seny in Barcelona. Since then he has held many solo exhibitions throughout Catalonia, as well as in Madrid (Juan Gris, ARCO...), Florence and Paris, among other cities. During the eighties he will incorporate into his work what will become a constant in his evolution as an artist: the permanent search for synthesis, for the most elemental subtlety. Ventós is represented in the Testimony Collection of the Caixa de Pensions de Catalunya and the Cadaqués Museum. In recent years he has exhibited regularly at the Sala Parés in Barcelona.
