Johnny Weissmuller (1904-1984), on the other hand, was a famous American swimmer and actor, a leading figure in the Olympic Games of the 1920s, where he won multiple gold medals and broke numerous world records, before becoming a film icon thanks to his role as Tarzan. Limousin dedicated several works to his figure, integrating him into commemorative pieces celebrating his sporting achievements.
