Urban artist influenced by pop art, TvBoy (Salvatore Benintende's artistic name and trademark) began painting in the streets of Milan in 1996. Since then he has not stopped creating and taking his art beyond the Italian borders, settling in Barcelona in 2004. In recent years, Tvboy has exhibited his works at the Venice Biennale, at the MDM Museum in Porto Cervo, at the PAC in Milan and in various shows in galleries and museums in Rome, Barcelona, Monaco, Bern, Copenhagen, Munich, Berlin, Beirut and Washington. He creates vindictive, cynical and politically incorrect images. In fact, less than 24 hours lasted in Barcelona his graffiti dedicated to Greta Thunberg, which confronted the young Swedish activist with the indolent attitude of U.S. President Donald Trump, as it was erased by a cleaning worker. Other of her graffiti were the passionate "kiss" between Messi and Cristiano or the one dedicated to Oscar Camps, founder of Open Arms.
