Christ is crafted from wrought iron, with the figure integrated into the structure of the cross itself. The piece features an extremely minimalist style, in which Christ’s body is reduced to essential lines: outstretched arms, a schematic torso, a carved cloth, and legs rendered through a simple superimposition of volumes. The hammered surface, together with the tripod base, reinforces its artisanal and primitive character, giving the piece a strong material presence.
