Jorge Fuembuena is a photographer recognized for a work that connects artistic photography with cinema, portrait and documentary images; he has worked as official photographer in important film festivals such as San Sebastian or Malaga, has exhibited in international events such as PHotoESPAÑA, Photo Zurich or Athens Photo Festival, and his work is part of public and private collections; He also develops an intense teaching work in institutions such as Escuela SUR, the PHotoESPAÑA Master or the IED, and his style is characterized by an intimate, reflexive and cinematographic look that explores the relationship between people, time and space. Closely linked to the world of cinema, he is one of the great references of still photography in Spain and has made portraits of international figures such as Ryan Gosling or Jessica Chastain, as well as developing personal projects focused on filmmakers such as Buñuel, Pasolini or Berlanga.
