Pere Formiguera was a photographer and visual artist recognized for his conceptual work focused on identity, the body and the passage of time. Through series such as Cronos, in which he portrayed for years the physical transformation of different people, he developed an intimate and documentary look that made him a key figure in contemporary photography in Spain, in addition to standing out as a teacher and cultural promoter in the Catalan artistic field.
