DESCRIPTION
A traditional Indian necklace made of yellow gold, with a large central element richly decorated with polychrome enamels of vegetal and zoomorphic inspiration, executed in the traditional meenakari technique, characteristic of the court jewelry of northern India.
The front presents an openwork and symmetrical structure, decorated with diamonds set in closed mounts, kundan style, which provide brilliance and contrast on the enameled background. The set is completed with bead-cut emeralds suspended at the bottom, topped by small hanging motifs with pearls, providing movement and ornamental richness.
The necklace is articulated by green beads cords, adjustable, according to the traditional Indian typology, allowing its adaptation to the neck. Representative piece of Indian ceremonial jewelry, appreciated by the combination of enamel, gems and the strong decorative value of the whole.
Measurements: 10,5 x 6,5 cm (front)
