Mirror made of gilded and carved wood with an openwork and dynamic structure crowned by a large cup of classical inspiration. The Carlos III style was a natural consequence of the need to furnish the new palace. This fact provoked the increase of the level of exigency, of quality, in the furniture. As a result of this, an extraordinary improvement will take place in the second half of the 18th century. With Charles III we will see the last stage of Rococo furniture, a furniture that, unlike what happens in the rest of Europe, takes Italy as a reference and not France, thus creating a unique and singular style that lasted until the twentieth century.
