Pair of Spanish mirrors from the Isabeline period, crafted from carved and polychrome wood following Louis XV-style models. Each piece features a richly ornamented structure, with three mixtilinear-profile panels framed by rocaille, scrollwork, flowers, and plant motifs.

The decoration, characterized by its exuberance and asymmetrical movement, reflects the historicist taste of the 19th century, when Rococo motifs were reinterpreted with a scenographic and decorative intent. The upper three-light panels reinforce their original function as parlor or study mirrors, designed to multiply the light and enrich the space.

The polychrome paint, now partially worn, lends a highly attractive patina, highlighting the relief of the carving and the antique character of the set.
