Original Spanish poster for *Accidente* (*Accident*, 1967), featuring its distinctive artistic design created by Macario Gómez “Mac.” The film was directed by Joseph Losey. Based on the novel by Nicholas Mosley and with a screenplay by the renowned playwright Harold Pinter. It tells the story of Stephen, a university professor played by Dirk Bogarde, whose life is turned upside down following a tragic accident and due to his complex relationship with two young women connected to his academic circle.
Also starring Stanley Baker and Jacqueline Sassard, *Accidente* was acclaimed for its psychological depth and brilliant narrative structure, winning the Grand Prix du Jury at the 1967 Cannes Film Festival. Considered one of the most notable collaborations between Losey and Pinter, the film is now a classic of British cinema.
