Original release poster for *En un mundo nuevo* (1972), a musical film directed by Ramón Torrado and starring the popular singer Karina, one of the great stars of Spanish pop music in the late 1960s and early 1970s. The film was conceived as a cinematic vehicle for the artist following the enormous success of the song “En un mundo nuevo,” with which she represented Spain at the 1971 Eurovision Song Contest, achieving an impressive second-place finish.
