The lot includes a lithograph and the catalog published for the exhibition *Christo et Jeanne-Claude, Paris!*, held at the Centre Pompidou in 2020. The print reproduces a 1976 project for *The Pont-Neuf Wrapped*, originally created using graphite, charcoal, pastel, ballpoint pen, fabric, thread, cardboard, and a photograph by Wolfgang Volz.

The combination of drawing, photography, annotations, and textile materials reflects the elaborate planning process that preceded the artists’ interventions. Finally executed in 1985, the project transformed Paris’s oldest bridge for fourteen days. The lithograph and the catalog together document the genesis and realization of a work conceived to be ephemeral.
